Caveat, Exception to Our Refund Policy
If you order from us multiple times, refunds will be at our discretion. By placing more than one order, we assume you are satisfied with our product and the results you are seeing in your garden. Growth and soil health take time and diligence, and repeated orders indicate success with your plant care routine.
We are extremely fair with our customers but reserve the right to only refund one order if you have placed multiple orders with us. We strive to be fair with our customers and appreciate you being fair with us.
Return Unused Bottles
To ensure a smooth refund process, please note that if you request a refund for a product you have not used (or in certain cases where you have), we may ask you to return the unused or used bottles to us. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
